"I don't know where to start absolute shambles. Arrived at this services 16:30 went to Nandos 16:44 was told we had to wait for 20 minutes even though there were tables free not just a couple either, when I asked why we had to wait if there were tables free and it's down to lack of staff which I don't understand as once you come into Nandos you order your food from the stupid mobile phone app and don't actually need a waiter only to bring the food to the table. So much nonsense! Anyhow we came back two hours later only to be told we have to join a virtual que!!!!! After speaking with the guy on the front this time was told the last person should have told us to join the virtual que. After a partial argument about bringing this man to the front to appolgize he declined. Eventually we could order to take away and were let down even more the chicken was undercooked check the photos. I'll never go to a Nandos ever again the procedures and rules are stupid, the food quality is disgusting you can't even cook cooked chicken! The virtual que time increased from 30 minutes to 45 minutes and eventually booted us off. Look how many tables are free and the people waiting outside ridiculous. It's better you go and buy your own gas stove and cook food."
