With their dedication and hard work, they built a strong reputation within the local community. After years of running the business, Mr and Mrs Hwa decided to retire in 2016 and handed over the reins to the new owners, Kevin and Kathleen. Having worked in the restaurant for over a decade, Kevin and Kathleen developed a deep emotional attachment to the business, motivating them to take over and continue the legacy.
