Welcome to the Maternal and Child Health Centre in Swan Hill, Australia! Our establishment is dedicated to providing free primary health services to all families with children aged from birth to school age. Our team of MCH nurses, who are registered general nurses with qualifications in midwifery and maternal and child health, ensure that health and development checks are completed, immunizations are discussed, and families are connected to appropriate resources and services. We also have Enhanced MCH Workers with backgrounds in allied health or early childhood. At our centre, we work closely with families to support their individualized needs and help them thrive.
