Welcome to Yoga & Trauma-sensitive Yoga with Karen, located at Lilydale, The Gateway, 144. As the founder and instructor, I am Karen, a dedicated yoga and meditation teacher, TCTSY facilitator, and reiki practitioner. With a focus on healing trauma and promoting physical and mental well-being, I offer small-group sessions and private one-on-one sessions for women. With over a decade of experience, I am a registered level 2 yoga teacher with 'Yoga Australia' and have been guiding individuals through the practice of yoga and meditation since 2011. Recently, I have also completed my certification in TCTSY: Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga.
