About the Business
Welcome to Yoga & Trauma-sensitive Yoga with Karen, located at Lilydale, The Gateway, 144. As the founder and instructor, I am Karen, a dedicated yoga and meditation teacher, TCTSY facilitator, and reiki practitioner. With a focus on healing trauma and promoting physical and mental well-being, I offer small-group sessions and private one-on-one sessions for women.
With over a decade of experience, I am a registered level 2 yoga teacher with 'Yoga Australia' and have been guiding individuals through the practice of yoga and meditation since 2011. Recently, I have also completed my certification in TCTSY: Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga. My studio is based in Lilydale, Melbourne's outer-east, providing a serene and peaceful environment for your yoga journey.
At Yoga & Trauma-sensitive Yoga with Karen, we offer a unique approach to yoga, incorporating trauma-informed techniques, mental health support, and fostering positive body image. Our small welcoming yoga sessions for women create a safe and inclusive space for all skill levels. Additionally, we offer half-day mini-retreats and private 1-on-1 sessions, both in-person at our yoga-room or online via Zoom.
