As an establishment and point of interest, we are dedicated to serving the legal profession and promoting the interests of our members. At the Law Society NT, we strive to provide valuable resources and support to our members. Recently, we have been actively engaged in discussions regarding the upcoming referendum on the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice in the Australian Constitution. Our Council has been considering the policy position that the Law Society should adopt, if any, in relation to this proposal.
