"While the manager was very helpful and arrived at just the right time to ensure our re-torqueing of tyres was done properly, the young man doing the actual job really didn't care that he couldn't reach all the bolts to do the job. He would have left them "not re-torqued" if the manager hadn't come along at that time and I hadn't explained. The young chap had just said "the hubcap needs to come off. I can't do the rest", leaving 3 bolts not done. His attitude of not caring is shocking and typical of so many young these days. Does he not realise, that by not doing a job properly, especially with our tyres, he is risking ours and other peoples lives."
