"Good location with an easy walk into town. Rooms felt a little run down and the water pressure was non existent. Slightly springy bed but decent pillows. Rooms were big and it was a pretty reasonable price"

"I stayed 2 days and the service was very nice, inbuilt restaurant option with more varieties. Cons: You need to go early before 6-7pm to find a car park otherwise you need to park @ Wilson carpark and give $15 dollars @ hotel reception they will give you the coupon to use in Wilson carpark."
"The hotel has two floors with well-appointed rooms that is also spic-n-span. The restaurant is also note-worthy. Great service! The waitress on duty on the evening of 08 April 2023 was really attentive and friendly. She has a very pleasant demeanor. Her rapport with the guests was way above-par."
"This hotel is excellent for families! Spent 2 nights there with my husband and 5 year old. Decent size, very clean and tidy room and beds, extra towels in the bathroom, nice clean bathroom with new soaps and shampoos. We even had sachets of coffee, tea, and chocolate milk for us to make us simple morning coffee. Very warm, well insulated room. Staff were lovely, they let us check in early and even upgraded our room to premium. It is also very close to the octagon and there are plenty of food shops around. Highly recommend this hotel especially if you have kids with you."
