"Pratima made my 50th birthday cake. I wanted it to be gluten free so all of my friends could enjoy it, with a simple rustic flower decoration, plus I wanted it to be a layered sponge cake with strawberry jam and butter cream in between each layer. Pratima listened with care to what I wanted and made sure she knew exactly what to create for me. It was absolutely perfect and so delicious - everyone enjoyed it. Pratima takes extraordinary care to ensure every cake is perfectly presented and I appreciated her advice in the best way to cut it, store it and make sure the cake was in the best condition ready to eat.
