"I ordered a bouquet late on a Saturday (the night prior to my mothers birthday) to have delivered the following day - what I failed to notice was that they don't always make weekend deliveries (nothing wrong with that btw) anyway after many messages trying to get in touch to make sure they had received my request, Brigette contacted me to say she was sorry, had been with her family as it was the weekend and was on her way to prepared and personally deliver the bouquet herself - I just want to say to Brigette THANK YOU!! As explained I work away from home for 2 weeks at a time and the days blur into one (and I had no idea it was even Sunday in my state of groundhog day).
