With over ten years of experience in the field, our therapist has honed their skills in working at depth, delving into the core of one's difficulties. However, they also value shorter-term, more focused therapy when appropriate. They specialize in various areas, including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, and addictions. Moreover, they have extensive experience in working with individuals who have experienced sexual trauma, both in adulthood and during childhood.

We understand that finding the right therapist is crucial, which is why we offer appointments from Tuesday to Friday, between 10 am and 6 pm. We are currently accepting new clients, and each session lasts for 50 minutes. Our standard fee is $103.50 ($90 gst) per session, and we are registered for ACC approved therapy.
