Welcome to the Ngāi Tahu Māori Law Centre, located in the vibrant city of Dunedin, New Zealand. As one of the 24 Community Law Centres in Aotearoa, our institution has been serving the community since 1993. Nestled in the heart of Carroll Street, our centre was established by the three local Ngāi Tahu Rūnaka: Te Rūnanga o Moeraki, Kāti Huirapa Rūnaka ki Puketeraki, and Te Rūnaka o Ōtākou.

At the Ngāi Tahu Māori Law Centre, our primary focus is to empower individuals by strengthening their knowledge and understanding of the legal issues surrounding Māori land and other valuable taonga.
