"My appointment was canceled at the last minute, due to understandable circumstances, but they offer little flexibility in rescheduling, or transferring our credit, to accommodate the additional costs incurred to the client in travelling into Dunedin for the 1 and only day they could reschedule to. Left with no options prior to traveling overseas. Although the receptionist was friendly about it, I would have hoped for flexibility on the credit we hold there when the rescheduling was out of my control."
