"Always behind on schedule. Waited nearly an hour one time and family member had the same issue. Now today I booked my son's immunization in advance and got an email saying it was canceled a few hours before the appointment. Rang them to find that nurses finish at 1pm and the appointment was booked for 4.15pm. Should never have been booked. Definitely changing doctors!"
