"I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Laser Clinics New Zealand. The lack of responsiveness from their online support team left me feeling completely ignored and unheard. I reached out via email regarding a query about my pre-paid treatments, and it took them a whole month to get back to me – if they responded at all. Their so-called "support" email was essentially non-existent. To make matters worse, I tried contacting the franchise owner, Louise Stuart, hoping for some clarity and assistance. Sadly, my attempts to get in touch were met with silence for days on end. It's incredibly disappointing when a business can't even provide basic communication with its customers. What's even more frustrating is that the pre-paid treatments I had purchased were not accurately reflected in their online portal. This made it nearly impossible for me to keep track of my remaining sessions, and it became clear that I wouldn't be able to use up all the treatments before leaving New Zealand. All in all, my experience with Laser Clinics New Zealand was a total rip-off. The lack of customer support, coupled with the non-transparent pre-paid treatment system, left me feeling cheated and unheard. I had high hopes for their services, but unfortunately, they fell far short of delivering a satisfactory experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before committing to pre-paid treatments."
