"Today I rang about paying on line to avoid touching the eftpos machine. I was told to use paywave which I hadn't thought about. I then made an innocent suggestion about cleaning the eftpos machine and was told it is cleaned twice a day. I suggested it should be cleaned after every use and was told "you come and work for us then". I was offended and said I was t shooting the messenger just making a suggestion. I k how people are stressed but remember "be kind"."
