"Great prices and range of clothes but as of recently the customer service is very disappointing. One lady in particular I couldn’t catch her name. No hello or offer of assistance. Barely a word spoken and I was waiting at the counter to purchase some clothes and had to wait a decent 5 minutes before she looked up from what looked like store stock to acknowledge me. 0 customer service here which is really disappointing as I’ve previously gotten great service from Dotti employees in the past!!"
