"Great people, had communicated first before commencing work on my car and to bring the car in at 8am. But did not start working on it until the afternoon and called to say they will be keeping it overnight. It was inconvenient as I live out of town and had to arrange accommodation last minute. Then the car wasn't finished until the next afternoon and hadn't communicated that it was going to take that long. Not a big deal just a hassle that I had to wait around two days for what my original mechanic calls an hour long job. Also came back with a whole lot of extra problems that multiple second opinions (from mechanics) suggested that it didnt need doing. At the end of the day they got my car running, so hopefully it all goes well. Quite pricey aswell. Not sure if i was charged for the overnight in the labour. But thankful that they were open during my holidays since everyone seemed to start later."
