"A couple of days ago the handle on one of our car doors fell apart. It wasn't broken as such, but we just couldn't get one piece out from within the door panels where it fell. I took the card down to Lee & McMillan to see if they could get it for us. My hubby was going to put the handle back together on the door but as Lee & McMillan had worked on this part of the car about 8 months ago, and at the time had taken the handle off, they retrieved the part, fitted it back together and didn't charge us at all to fix it. How awesome is that!"
