As the founder of Mind Bubbles Ltd., I am dedicated to walking alongside each of my clients, helping them discover their true selves and reach their full potential. Originally from Switzerland, I have embraced a life of change and self-discovery, which eventually led me to settle in New Zealand with my kiwi husband. Through personal experiences of privilege, heartache, loss, and challenges, I have developed a deep understanding of the human condition. I bring this empathy, along with my commitment to ongoing learning, to my work with clients.

While grounded in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), I have also extensively trained in other evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-specific therapies, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This integrative approach allows me to provide client-centered and holistic care, always striving to deliver the best possible outcomes for my clients. Additionally, I am an approved provider for ACC psychological services and have experience working with couples.

At Mind Bubbles Ltd., we offer individual therapy for adults and adolescents, utilizing a range of evidence-based approaches. We also specialize in couples therapy, using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which is considered the gold standard for addressing behavioral patterns that lead to dissatisfaction, hurt, and disconnection in relationships. EFT helps uncover underlying emotions, leading to deeper connections and long-lasting satisfaction.

For your convenience, we accept ACC referrals, as well as private referrals, including primary health care. Our rates are NZ$190.00 (incl. GST) for a 50-60 minute session for private clients and NZ$207.00 (incl. GST) for a 50-60 minute session for consultants.
