"Went in for my appointment awful atmosphere from the time I reached the counter, told you are 7mins early, thought that would be to their advantage not a problem. The person who was meant to do my hair did not even acknowledge I was there, new staff, I waited over 20mins after my appmt time and was not acknowledged until their customer left ...There was only two staff in shop surprised at the rudness of both of them. Staff in the past have offered you a drink or something to make you feel welcome especially if you are waiting way beyond your appt time. Finally the girl asked about my hair and when I told her what I needed she rudely said that it would cost me so much...I was surprised as have being going to this salon for 2 years and have a set price.....this price was way far more than what I normally paid. She went away and came back 10mins after I told her to look at my notes from past apptmts while she left me sitting in the salon for 10mins more for no reason. It was embarrassing and awful being there I felt the girl just wanted to make more money. I couldnt stay after that so upset, so said this is the worst customer service I have ever had in a salon and left. Would not recommend this salon if you want a good experience."
