"Unprofessional And Unethical No price list! They don't answer their phone, don't reply to voice messages and the only contact with them is via SMS! I paid $650 for relining my upper plate. It was a total disaster. It was made so tight, that I couldn't remove it without help. It injured my gum, which started bleeding. When I finally managed to get an appointment with Roger, he too had difficulties removing the denture from my mouth. He asked me if I had glue on my gum!!! It turned out that a metal hook, which keeps the plate secure needed to be loosened a little. Still, the denture is uncomfortable and I feel that I wasted my money. The good thing is that I have a brand new one and the old one is just a spare! But I feel for his customers. Poor people!"
