Welcome to E S Tours, a small and friendly travel agency located in Christchurch, New Zealand. As ex-teachers, we are passionate about providing informative and interactive tours that showcase the history and beauty of the area and New Zealand as a whole. With a maximum of 11 passengers, we prioritize keeping our tours small and personalized.

One of our specialties is offering cruise ship day excursions, where we take you on unforgettable journeys to destinations such as Christchurch, Akaroa, and Arthur's Pass. For those arriving at Akaroa, we can arrange tours to Christchurch and Banks Peninsula. Our smaller vehicle allows us to access scenic roads that are not suitable for big bus tours, ensuring a more intimate and off-the-beaten-path experience.

If you have more time, the South Island is the perfect destination for natural beauty. From wild beaches and high mountains to serene lakes and unspoilt forests, we have it all. Immerse yourself in the culture, cities, and excitement that the South Island has to offer.

Since 1995, we have been operating tours in the South Island and have had the pleasure of showing visitors all corners of this beautiful island. With a strong emphasis on looking after small groups and ensuring a great time, we are dedicated to providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our 11-passenger Toyota Minibus is equipped with air conditioning, reclining seats, and a hard-wired PA system for clear commentary.

Your safety is our top priority. We follow standard NZ Government COVID protocols, including daily cleaning of touch surfaces with sanitizer and providing access to masks and hand gel if required. Our driver/guides are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, giving you peace of mind during your tour.
