"That review from the customer who for some weird reason decided to slate Debra the owner is so far out of reality I thought it was a joke or from a disgruntled rival agency. She has been our agent for 30 years and we have NEVER had anything less than a stunning experience right across the board of entry level economy travel through to business class. My partner and I went here five months before we left New Zealand, expecting a seamless experience with no stress. This was not the case! Dealing with the branch director, Debra, we thought we were in good hands. This was anything but, as we felt like a burden and would be ignored for weeks at a time. Further, booking accomodation and travel was like pulling teeth - as Debra would delay the process, causing price increases and our preferred transport option being fully booked. We only experienced a small mishap on holiday regarding transport tickets, the communication was minimal and slow, especially in a time sensitive situation. Overall our experience was dismal and would not recommend to anyone."
