After one year of use and explicit following of the care guidelines (washed after every use, only using the recommended oils), my pan and my mum's pan bought at the same time are completely useless. The non stick surface doesn't work, I'll be throwing mine out. They won't replace them under warranty. For the price tag - honestly find any other brand. . My $25 New World pan is outperforming it by a mile. Complete scam."
