Reviews
"Went in for post shop. Young man was very annoyingly arrogant. Not helpful with me or other customers. Very condescending when a lady asked for tape. Not helpful. Not a great front person."
"Very helpful staff who go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. Stock is well displayed and the store is easy to move around in."
"Lovely presented shop. However, I was in for postal services, customer service by a young gentleman was extremely arrogant and obnoxious. In business myself this was not how I would expect my staff to treat a customer."
"Wanted a courier bag but after using 4 of THEIR pens and the sales person trying to address it, the whole envelop was a mess and we said it wasn,t good enough but the sales person said I had to pay for it even though she admitted that other people had the same problem. Under the consumer guarantees she should know that you do not have to pay for a faulty product and these bags clearly had a coating on them making them extremely difficult to address. We called the manager who refused to look at us but wrote on a label and stuck it over the whole mess. Clearly not good enough and staff training badly needed. Will definitely not be going back here."
"A really rude lady served me, I was sending a parcel and she was judging me on literally everything and was just so rude abour everything! I had never sent a parcel overseas before and she was telling me off for something so silly like not putting the weight on the custom slip in which they are the ones that have the scales! Then proceeding to judge that I had only spent $6 on the present for my brother that lives in France which I did because I knew it was going to cost me $19 to send it. These seem like little things but they were little things that ruined my day and as a person with social anxiety it can ruin your day even further than someone without. I never write reviews but just felt the need as this should not be acceptable, what gives them the right to be rude? Also when I was in there I witnessed the same lady being very rude to a group of Japanese men that were just trying to send a parcel back home and did not understand the custom slip. She was telling them off for literally nothing. Very disappointed expected for overall never going there again."
