"I had a little experience last week bought some shoes on line for delivery, days went by so I call the 0800 number the courier guy delivered them into some letter box didn't take the photo of my house number or street number. I wasn't impressed but in the end they had to buy me another pair I'm still waiting for them . I'll be back for another review when they arrive the funny thing never have I had any delivery places in my mail box alway at my door. I found it to be odd."

"Poor service - I stood waiting at the front of the queue. There were staff at 3 of the counters: one was serving; the other two were each chatting with another staff member and ignoring the queue. Finally served by a man who spoke too fast. I told him 3 times I couldn’t hear what he was saying. He repeated the same sentence at the same volume and speed each time. Ever hear of rephrasing or speaking louder, clearer, slower???"
