"The most uncomfortable pair of sandals I ever purchased. Avoid buying sample shoes. I understand if they were cheap, but paying $80 and getting sore feet from 30 min walk,- that’s sample gone wrong, which they are not accepting back. Might as well throw them now. I had a feeling this was a reputable brand with comfy shoes, hence why I didn’t think twice when I bought them. Very disappointing. They offered a discount for next purchase which obviously is not gonna happen. Sample in my opinion should be free or at a very low cost so brands could get a feedback on customer comfort. Sample doesn’t mean rip customers off and don’t care if they have to struggle with your uncomfortable product. Maybe your policy needs reviewing."
