"Pretty average service. 2 days in a no acknowledgement when you walk in the door. Too busy on their phones and computers to even say "welcome, take a seat - we will be with you soon" (whilst serving no one might I add) just sitting ignoring you and the other 10 people waiting to be seen with alot of confusion from customers on what to do. Once we Sat down with a representative she was efficient and helpful also very friendly and knowledgeable. Maybe a bit of practice in acknowledgement of customers when they arrive would be good."
