"Good technical service but GRUMPY. I was early but they had opened the doors. I was not in a hurry and made that clear when they explained they were still setting up. I had not had a water test before so when they asked me for my name I gave it, then asked "what will you be sending me?" This was ignored so I asked again, I think it is reasonable to want to avoid junk mail and spam. They didn't even say thanks when I bought $70 worth of chemicals on their recommendation. This seemed to be the shop owner as she wasn't wearing their staff uniform. Won't be going back."
