"Great experience. Technician Keith certainly knows his stuff, and turned up on time (my timeframe, not theirs), waaaaay out in the sticks, fixed the fault and gave the whole range a thorough function and safety check."
"Called re fault on oven. Explained the same fault as last visit. The fix didn't last after paying the 150.00. They said another 150.00 to come out. Tech was at my house for 4 minutes or so and said I needed a new part not replaced last time they will send a quote. Quote received and shocked at amount nearly half price I paid for oven. Called another repairer recommended by the manufacturer, and the quote came back at half the price. Had to pay the 150.00 for a call out that was approx 4 minutes but still saved in excess of 400.00. Make sure you shop around before you use this company they are overcharging people."
