"Fantastic Service from AA on Hewletts Road, easy booking online, confirmation was made very swiftly, staff are very professional, friendly and helpful, great communication from this service centre, they gave me good advice on what my vehicle required, they have the ability to complete all works on-site to help get you vehicle in tip-top condition and back on the road with no delay. They offer a lot of great services, I would definitely recommend and will be dropping my vehicles off here whenever they need WOF or Service. Excellent."

"Pretty disappointing to pay $350 for a service and WOF, which we failed, but never had a mechanic come speak to us about any of the issues or explain. Just handed us the sheet and passed us along. Feels a bit careless. Receptionist was lovely and surprised that a mechanic hadn’t come to speak to us but didn’t have the knowledge to pass on the issues as to why it failed. We wouldn’t return and are won’t return to an AA centre after this."
