"My partner and I went into the shop to resize her expensive watch. The young lady there got it done in under 5 minutes with no charge because she said it was easy to do which was a nice suprise. We always choose Pascoes because we have found other jewellers to be quite intimidating when they stare and dont ask if we need help but are quick to ask others when they enter their empty shop. We love purchasing new jewellery and we spend alot mainly on watches, necklaces, rings and bracelets but if we do not feel welcome we will wipe those shops off our lists of places to purchase from. Reviews can be very paramount to a business so dont judge a book by its cover and also just because people may not look like they have money does not mean that they dont? We work 60+ hours a week so 9 times out of 10 we are in our work clothes thank you for making us feel welcome, your customer service reps are the best.."
