In addition to shopping, you can also support us by donating items that we can resell. We are incredibly grateful for all donations in good, sellable condition. Please ensure that your pre-loved items are not broken, damaged, stained, or torn. You can donate by visiting your local store during opening hours or, if you have furniture to donate, our trucks can collect it for free in Auckland on 0800 77 22 23 or in Christchurch on 0800 77 22 26.

Furthermore, we offer volunteering opportunities for those who wish to help out with our day-to-day operations. From sorting incoming donated goods and pricing items to merchandising displays and selling at the till, there are various roles available. We also need reliable volunteer drivers who can assist with the pick-up and drop-off of furniture or larger items. If you have spare time each week, are over the age of 15, and would like to contribute to a good cause, we would love to hear from you!
