"If you’re going to order online I wouldn’t recommend. Trying to contact them is a nightmare and the store aren’t able to assist in any way. Even emailing hasn’t had any success would rather much not shop here at all they cause such an inconvenience."
"Bought the BabyCo Jungle High Chair yesterday and when I set it up we realised one of the straps was missing. I called the store and was told that one of the high chairs had the strap removed (not explained why) and reboxed and this was the one sold to us. The strap was found and they said they'd put it aside for us to pick up. When we picked it up the ladies there said they weren't able to find the strap so they took one off the display model and said they'd give us the screw to put it in. Got home and realised the screw wasnt in the bag so we are still unable to use it. Huge lack of communication and problems every step of the way. Very very disappointed."
