"I have had nothing but difficulty in communicating with the admin team at the service. I had a waiting time of 6 months to see doctor. I then was offered a cancellation after 5 months wait. I was desperately driving to that appointment this morning in peak traffic that wasnt moving. I called and got no support or help. They just told me that they cancelled my original appointment for April and that I would now go back to the end of the waitlist that will be at the end of the year. Absolutely upsetting and disappointing about the lack of consideration and care. My advice don't waste your time here, go to a different skin doctor. Save you waiting years"
