"Would not recommend anyone to stay here. My mum and I never got the chance and I wished I read the other terrible reviews before I booked. Our situation was we booked for 2 nights to go to a wedding in Hamilton. My mum fell ill so we couldn’t make it on the Friday. I informed motel we couldn’t make it and try the next day. Mum still wasn’t well and turned out she had covid then I tested positive for covid too. Rung Motel and very unempathetic they wanted the money and charged my credit card $200.00 although we never stayed there. Under the circumstances for something beyond our control the Asian owner has no empathy just wanted money and relentlessly kept calling me too, although I was very sick. 2 weeks later she has charged my account. Would never stay there and don’t recommend anyone else does either."
