"A very unprofessional experience with Mark Laurence. We attended a viewing and got off to a good start with the lady at the front door, she was lovely. We proceeded to look through the house and was not once acknowledged by Mark (who was in the living area prior to us entering). We were checking out the backyard of the property and our feet got a little bit wet. As we tried to come back inside, Mark stopped us at the door and called us 'rank' (yes, as in the slang word for disgusting) for trying to go back into the house. Yes we understand that his point BUT he was very very rude and unprofessional in the way he talked to us. We felt belittled and offended. Do not understand how such a person is a representative of the company. He could have been polite about it instead of being downright rude. Will not be going through Quinovic again, would not recommend others to either. all these bad reviews about mark speak volume."
