"I'm giving 2 stars rather than 1 because the customer service was good. Really nice people. But I am really annoyed with the quality of the bed I bought. Within a month it lost firmness and I woke up in pain every day. They were great about me claiming on the warranty and replaced it, but the same thing happened. I literally wake up throughout the night because my back has no support. It's really disappointing to spend that amount of money and have a brand new product provide such poor quality."
