"Super helpful staff. She tried her best to cater for my 9 year old son's 'wants' (bright rugby boots) rather than what he needed (wide rugby boots). Knew what she was talking about and understood why my son wanted bright boots. Only gave 4 stars because we walked out with no boots. Stubborness runs strong with this kid. Plan on going back next year when he needs new boots."

"I know I don't look particularly athletic, and probably not their target market, but I am a customer (and a potential sale) when I enter a store nonetheless. With four members of staff in store, (three of whom couldn't stop a conversation to say good morning), and no other customers, they were hardly rushed off their feet. I didn't really want to stay long with that sort of welcome! Needless to say, it was a rather demoralising experience and I won't be back."
