"Very sad took my 3 year old granddaughter to get nails done as a special treat as we have been there b4. The staff hardly talked to us but continually talked to each other in Chinese and the body language showed they were making fun of customers previously i have had nails done with my granddaughter and they have used fans and the drying things at thd table..not this time..this time we sat for 15 min s granddaughter was getting annoyed..I asked how long we had to wait b4 we could leave and was told the nails dry and we had to sit there for in an hour..ridiculous with a 3 year old who had sat there perfectly for ages..we were told if we leave the nails polish may not set. .Good grief..a 3 year old doesn't care nor do i if they are not perfect.. I had called and made the appointment and advised was 3 yo treat..overall a fail for customer service..the making fun of customers needs to stop and noted the rude behaviour continually"
