"I went to vivo for a balayage and it was done by a lady staff K******. I wanted a caramel balayage and ended up with golden dry uneven toned hair. Even though the staff was friendly the outcome was very poor and it looked nothing like balayage. So I had to rebook another session with an amazing staff at vivo (troy) and he totally transformed my hair. He did a colour correction and the caramel colour blended well with my black hair.
