"They have good roofing products but bad flashing productivity. Easily the slowest and the most unreliable roofing goods supplier in Christchurch ,try waiting for 2-3 weeks for flashings after their promised lead times , spending hours chasing your orders, wouldn't recommend at all if you want jobs to finish on time or before scaffolding coming down. You wouldn't find a slower moving roofing factory in Christchurch. Only use if you can afford wasting your time and enjoy hearing excuses. Fine example of all gear no idea."

"Geln, Anna, and the production staff have been really helpful and patient as we work through our tiny home project with them. Geln has great industry knowledge and has been a huge help offering technical advice and tips. He's always quick to respond to emails and a nice guy to work with. Really quick turn around for product delivery. They supplied roofing iron, fixings, roof paper, skylight, and made custom flashings for us. Custom flashings were spot on and fit perfectly. Considering we're only a small order compared to some larger customers they might have, we have been really well looked after! Massive thanks, from Mark and Laura! Ps. Please thank the production team for helping us load the truck on Saturday, really nice of them."
