"The products are good but staff do not know what they have so difficult to judge what you are buying before it arrives. e.g. Power float had no indication of what blades were included and motorised barrow gives no indication of volume of liquid concrete it can carry."

"Mini Drill Stand - The item was not packaged at all. It arrived just in it's own original box with a courier sticker plonked on it. The box lid wasn't even taped shut. The return spring is not strong enough to support a standard type drill properly. It sags at near the top of its travel. To top it off the courier left the box out in the rain under a bush rather than under cover by the door where every other courier leaves stuff."
