Was there for nearly 50 min. No communication whatsoever about what was happening or how long it would take. The woman at the service desk was pretty unpleasant. While I waited in frustration I had to listen to her and her co-workers unprofessional chat about her hair extensions and more. Left without a quote. Will just go elsewhere which is a shame because your shop is conveniently located."
