"Lady on the phone was difficult and sounded condescending. She asked me if I could leave it in the garage (when only needs a quick drive to see what my car is doing and maybe chuck it up on the hoist for a quick inspection to see if they can spot the issue). Even before I answered she said I'd have to leave it anyways for them to fix it in a manner that was talking down to me. Um sorry no I like quotes and to make my own decision on when to fix my car. Also she blurted out that I should go back to my regular machanics even though I've only moved into the area so need another one. Just unaccomodating. Luckily Kumeu Motors are more than happy to have a look over for me without making it a hassle. She seemed more than happy for me to go to them instead. Oh well they've lost me as a customer and I won't be recommending them either."
