I booked 10days in advance but received a message to ring Tara back the day before the booking (after I asked them to give me a ballpark quote for the replacement of my radiator, the original 20yr old radiator in my 2004 V6 3.5L NISSAN RWD RX STAGEA. I was waiting 10days for the booking & x2 days for parts information, get some more staff maybe? I kindve gave up trying to communicate with them due to the fact that they wouldn't take me seriously. I need a replacement radiator, so I can't just drive around for an assessment, I am a woman but also an Engineer. Next time I will choose Giltrap Nissan at NewMarket or Penrose!"
