"The owner of this place was very rude and impolite. He refused to pass my car for WoF because I had the rear door's child lock on. I tried to explain that there is no problem with the door, and even showed him that the door can be opened by the driver but not the passenger due to child key, but he insisted that this was incorrect, and the door should be always opening by the passenger from inside. What made the situation awfully bad is that the guy was talking to me in a very rude and impolite way. He then left me while I was talking with him and went on to do work for another customer, as if I were not there. That other customer was watching our discussion from far, then they both started whispering in their language and looking at me. At some point, that workshop owner waved by hand asking me to leave and take my car away. I have been a regular customer at this workshop for several years, but I did not know that the owner is such an arrogant and offensive person. Never coming back."
