In light of the recent lockdown, we continue to offer video consultations for new and existing injuries, with some ACC criteria applying. Rest assured that we are operating in accordance with guidance from the Ministry of Health. While we do not require staff and patients to wear face masks as we are not considered a 'high-risk' healthcare setting, we fully support and accommodate those who prefer to wear masks. Our therapists will happily wear a mask upon request, and they may ask you to wear one as part of a risk assessment.
