From the moment you call us to book an appointment, to the warm and welcoming smile you receive upon arrival, we aim to make you feel comfortable and at ease during your examination.
We are proud to be affiliated with Southern Cross Healthcare. If you provide us with your membership number when booking, we can gain prior approval for your examination. Depending on your policy, you may only be required to pay a small percentage of our fee or nothing at all.
Additionally, we are part of the TeAwakairangi Health Network Community Radiology Programme. If you have a Community Radiology referral form from your doctor, our service is provided to you at no charge. We accept Maternity, Private, ACC, and Community Referrals, ensuring that we cater to a wide range of patients.

"Came in with my mum today, earlier than our planned appointment because they had a cancellation, which was really good for us because we wanted to discuss with the doc, mums next step and being a Friday, it may not have happened until next week.. the receptionists were cheerful and we managed to get an appointment super duper quickly after being told by the doctor that it may take a week so bonus! but my review is really based on the lovely new Canadian sonographer, she took her time, was thorough and thoughtful with mum, explained a few things and we appreciate you for it.. Enjoy your time here in NZ and thanks for the care you took today :) we can enjoy a stress-free weekend now."
"I had someone by the name of Diana do a scan for me and was so kind, caring and genuine. My baby was being stubborn and stayed in an awkward position but Diana was lovely throughout it all."
"I would NOT recommend this place about a year ago I came to get my first scan with my partner and mother we understood only 1 person could come in to see the scan due to covid reason but lady who did mine was horrible to me ( she part owner ) She told me in a rude way i wasn't suppose to have a full bladder after being notified by them to have one and usually your always suppose too? She then told my mother to wait outside in the cold I found out my baby wasn't growing correctly sadly and I had to ask her where she said "yeah it will be a miscarriage i'll leave to clean yourself up" it's like she hated i was there and wasn't kind about the news. I left the room crying and didn't go back it was such a low moment in my life and usually the people doing these scans i expect to be kind. The only thing kind about this place was one of the receptionist who apologised to my mother for waiting in the cold. * UPDATE* look at the response given on my another gmail account so rude, I feel brave enough to express my opinion, this happened and don't appreciate someone saying it didn't! There is reason this place is low star rated more than 5 star? I have written this on another account so I get an nicer response or email back."
"We have experienced in our multiple appointments that these guys are always in rush and we don’t get full satisfaction out of our appointments for scans. Very disappointed and as we looked forward to scan of our baby but they don’t even spend 10 mins for the scan and rush it out. It had happened in our last appointment too(with different person scanning), not even 10 mins and we were out, left us feeling we haven’t had proper scan to understand the growth of our baby. At Pacific our experience with our first child was that they would ask to change position or do some efforts to capture the scan properly, but these guys just rush it and say all seems fine!! Even the information which they tell us not correct!! We asked our midwife about the growth chart info these guys gave us and our midwife said that’s incorrect information as what they gave as is not relevant. We will be happy to pay $85 at pacific radiology rather than spending $30 here to get the satisfactory scan done. Don’t go for the price guys, we took time off work to go for scan and we get this service, so not worth it. Critical movements of your child’s growth if you want to have with better experience then pay more and go somewhere else."
